Basic, anonymised visit statistics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor was, and what kind of browser was used. This is measured with Mia Analytics, our own analytics product, running on our own infrastructure. It is not shared with an advertising network, because we do not use one.
We do not build profiles of visitors, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell data to anybody.
We keep the correspondence, so that we can actually help you and so there is a record of what was said. Nothing more is done with it.
If you are in the UK or the EU you have rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data we hold about you. In practice the only personal data we are likely to hold is email you have sent us. Write to support@miabazo.com and we will deal with it.
